Kailash Bansal is acutely aware that New Jersey has one of the largest and most established Indian-American communities in the United States. "Edison is sometimes called 'Little India of New Jersey,' and with that comes a special responsibility to maintain Hindi language and culture," he says. Bansal is working to establish annual inter-chapter events between NJ, NY, and Philadelphia chapters given their geographic proximity.
