Constitution and Bylaws

This Constitution and Bylaws may be amended by a vote of three-quarters of the members of the Association voting via e-mail on the proposal of change. Such a proposal for amendment may be initiated by a petition of a minimum of 100 (one hundred) Life Members or by a two-thirds vote of the Board. Such proposal shall be voted upon within 75 (seventy-five) calendar days of the date of petition or of the proposal of the Board.
